GETM (Going The Extra Mile)
In the GETM Evangelism Ministry our mission is in accordance with the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). We desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those who do not have a personal relationship with Him. We desire to use our transformed lives to introduce them to the Savior.
Our Objectives Are To:
- Create: Prepare for outreach so people will see who we are in Christ Jesus
- Compel: Attract and persuade those who are lost by communicating our identity through speech, visitation, invitation, and correspondence
- Connect: Link those touched through outreach as new attendees to our church through visitor cards and during welcome time
- Cover: Embrace those touched through outreach with follow-up calls and prayer
